- • For Karachi Participants: Only Standard hotels will be provided in Islamabad, regardless of the package they choose.
- • Executive class bus tickets are included in the package. (for Karachi to Islamabad – Islamabad to Karachi Travel)
- • Any Type of Jeep charges and Entry Tickets are not included in the package.
- • Jeep charges for Basho Meadows will be Rs. 2,000/head. (Approximately)
- • All the Hotels are subject to availability and can be changed due to availability issues.

Important Instructions
• If fuel prices increase, the rates will be updated, and you will be sent an invoice with the updated rate.
• Company may substitute or postpone trips due to landslides, roadblocks, or other problems, offering customers options for alternate tours; refunds are not offered in these circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
• The advance payment can't be refunded but can be used for future trips within a year, (only if pre-informed before commencement dates).
• 100% amount adjusted if informed before 10 days or more earlier
• 75% amount adjusted if informed before 3-10 days earlier
• 60% amount adjusted if informed before less than 3 days
• In case of Cancellation, The company will issue a voucher for the canceled amount, valid for one year.
• No Amount will be refunded if any Person leaves the Trip after departure at any stage due to any Issue.
